Ozylix, an online brand of Ascovita Healthcare, respects your privacy and explains below what information we collect, why we need it, how long we keep it, and how you can contact us.
Information we collect
When you browse, create an account, save a wishlist, request support or place an order, we may process your name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing information, order items, payment status, coupon use, VitaPoints activity, reviews, support messages and account preferences. We may also process device, browser, IP-security, cookie and local-storage data needed for site operation, fraud prevention, cart recovery and accessibility.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, show your saved items, calculate and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, create invoices, manage returns, award or reverse VitaPoints, moderate reviews, answer questions, prevent abuse, comply with law and improve product discovery. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; raw card or UPI credentials are not stored by our application servers.
Sharing and retention
We share only the information needed with payment, delivery, hosting, analytics, customer-support and communication providers acting for the store. We do not sell personal information. Records are retained only as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, support, security, legal obligations and legitimate business operations, after which they are deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion where legally available, or withdrawal of marketing and browser-notification consent. Essential service messages such as payment, delivery, security and account notices may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.
